Inglot Round Shadows Sale

Hello!

I wanted to share some shadows that I got from Inglot. I found out from Mona (http://www.makemeblushhh.com/) that Inglot was discontinuing their round shadows and were on sale while supplies last. Since I work a few blocks away from an Inglot store, I hurried right after work :)

I really like their pearl shadows, so I picked up 5 as well as a palette. These were available as of Thursday, 8/18, so maybe they're still there. The sales associate didn't mention that they were running low. They're all great colors, texture is super soft, and they blend very well together!

Also, the price! These originally sell for $4 each but were 30% off, making them $2.80. With tax, they came out to ~$3 each. Not bad, right? :) (The freedom palette was $8.)

Anyways, onto the pictures!

Product Review: Dior Snow BB Cream

Hello lovelies,

Hope you've been doing well. I can't believe it's already August, which means less than 3 months until my wedding! Eek! :) But I digress...

While I was in Korea, I saw that tons of brands were creating BB creams, including Lancome, Bobbi Brown, and Dior. I purchased the "Dior Snow BB Cream"and gave it a go. If you're not familiar, BB creams are not your typical liquid foundation. It has a hodgepodge of benefits, including evening the skin tone, protecting it from the sun, and so on...

Product Review: Bausche & Lomb's Naturelle Circle Lense

Hello!

One thing I definitely wanted to try while I was in Korea was circle lenses. I've seen lots of girls where them in the states, but I wasn't too keen on purchasing them online without trying them on first. I wanted to find a pair that enhanced my eyes, so I wasn't looking for different colors like grey, purple, etc. I just wanted something subtle and not too noticeable.

Sephora Blasted Nail Colour Review

I've been really excited to try the "crackled" look ever since the first OPI ones came out. I bought one from ChinaGlaze in black, but never tried it since it looked too "loud" for my taste.

I saw that Sephora started selling their own "crackled" nail polishes called "Blasted". There are 8 different colors online but I've only seen it in black, silver, and gold in stores. Since it's summer, I grabbed a bottle of the gold one and, at first, I wasn't sure if I liked it, but it's growing on me. :)

Growing Lashes & My Fav Mascara

I was not blessed with thick, long lashes, so I've tried a lot of alternatives in making them longer and fuller. I tried fake lashes where they apply a fake lash on each of your lashes. They definitely looked amazing, but it cost about $90 and they lasted for 2-3 months. After that, I tried something a bit more budget-friendly and got my lashes permed (there were a few deals on livingsocial, homerun, etc..). That was about $25 each time, and it looked a bit more natural and gave me the curl I wanted every morning without having to do it myself.

Fading Scar: Final Result!

Hello!

It's been FOREVER since I last posted. It's been over a full month! So. Sorry! Lots have happened since I last wrote- finished another semester of grad school, went to Hawaii for more wedding planning, got a brand spankin' new camera! (LOVE IT!!)

Anyways, during all that, I've been trying my best to apply Mederma on my scars at least once a day. The direction asks for at least 3 times a day, but there was no way I was able to do that.. Here's an updated picture of the scar on my hand, and it's definitely gotten better! The skin is much smoother and the scar is not as visible anymore. The picture below is not taken with the same camera, but you can see the difference!

Fading Scar: Day 1

Hi Guys,

So I got a scar on my right hand because I was playing a little rough with the love of my life, Toby (my tabby on the right hehe).
